I always enjoy at least one coffee a day but was wondering what brands you use? Filtered or instant?

I currently take a little dash of milk with mine but probably move onto cream. What do you take in yours?

I know that coffee vending machines are a no no for me as sent me rocketing above 10, just glad I checked after an hour and two hours
 
I drink Decaff coffee, the two brands I drink are Kenco and Aldi's own brand Decaff Filter coffee, only use a splash of semi-skimmed milk so it has a negligible effect on bg levels.

Some vending machines use glucose syrup in the whitening so stay clear of them @teacher123
 
my favourite word in the English language..
 
I drink black or with cream, filtered, cafetiere and instant, decaff after 7pm, at home or out. A lot, so if someone can prove it's bad for me I'd better kick the habit. At home I also use unsweetened almond milk but tbh it spoils the coffee taste and I'd rather use it for cocoa.
 
the words about vending machine coffee make complete sense to me now - sitting waiting for someone today and had two coffees from a machine - bs really much higher than usual and couldnt work out why - lesson learned - thanks all
 
aahh !! coffee -- lovely drink.
I make a large cafetiere of coffee every morning and put some in my insulated jug to keep it warm.
it starts my day off with a smile

I use coffee from an online coffee house called Hasbean -they sell it as beans or ground .
he sources the coffees from small farmers around the world.

always drink mine black
 
I wake up in the morning and coffee is my first thought (must be an age thing LOL) My son bought me one of those espresso machines and 1 always start the day with 2 mugs for breakfast which I have with soya milk and 2 tsp of cream.
Off for my second mug now .........
 
Millicano I have this with semi skimmed milk don't like cream in coffee but sometimes if I am feeling indulgent I have a little Baileys in it
 
I have gold blend or Azera with coffeemate. My days not started till I have a coffee.
 
I have my coffee black. Been steeping in a mug since my Press was retired.
Today, I had a yellow bourbon from Fazenda Santa Lucia,Brazil.

I used to be a coffee addict and drank copious amounts.
Now I drink Carte Noire decaff. It is described by the manufacturers as "sensual pleasure of Arabic rich coffee". I detected a difference in the first few but now I enjoy it and guests don't know the difference as I make it for them too without letting them know it is decaff.
I do like a cappuccino occasionally but go for the decaff as I found that I was getting the jitters with too much caffeine.
 
One of my groups on board my coach were diplomats from haiti..on parting they gave me 4 kilo's of their islands coffee...it's put a spell on me

that's fantastic!! do you use a roasting machine, popcorn popper or old school with a wok of some sort?

I have a Hearthware i-Roast 2. It works great. Unfortunately they are no longer manufactured and I am dreading the day it dies.

I have me one of those too..but the heating element was erratic and I could not get it to ramp up evenly resulting in a variety of c**p roasts...have not used it for a long time.
