Hi,
Anyone got cold hands and feet on diet? I think im prediabetic and waiting for test results. But i immediately started cutting down carb and lost lot of weight. Just 2 days ago i got this sudden burning tingling feeling on my soles and mainly palms and now feeling getting cold hands and feet if temperature drops. Anyone experianced something similar?
 
You should know whether you have diabetes once you get your results. The symptoms you describe may be signs of peripheral neuropathy but you should check this out with your GP. Let us know how you get on.

i get cold hands and feet now after loosing weight .. best you get to chat to your Dr about your cold feet and hands as it could be other things not quite right
