I've had a hell of a week with sinusitis- I actually had a black eye! - I couldn't take the sudafed medicine - the best thing I found was a bowl of hot water with a good dollop of vick in it then head over the bowl with a towel over head. It worked amazing well did it twice a day but there was almost immediate relief from the pain- paracetamol helps slightly with pain and temperature- better now and to be honest I didn't think I would be anywhere near better for Christmas never mind now.
