Coming Down . .

I had a review meeting with my GP today as I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. Long story short - went on to BP meds in October which didn't suit and they got changed. Thankfully, no nasty adverse reactions / symptoms to the 2nd lot of BP meds.

BP has come down to 145/85 (it had previously been just over 200 and high 180's) So, I will continue with the meds for my blood pressure and my GP wants to see me again in the new year as I'm also on meds for depression & stress as well as my blood pressure.

Fingers crossed it's stabilised and will come down a bit more in the next few weeks.
