Type 2 Comparing 2 Meters

I have been using the OneTouch Verio IQ with no problems and recently was sent a free Bayer Contour Next meter to try.

Today, I decided to test on both machines at same time and compared readings..The Bayer one always gave a reading of 2 points less than the Verio
( I am on week 2 of low carbing so numbers still over what they should be )

Is this normal? Wasn't sure which one to believe?

O I know Catherine, was just experimenting to see and see what others thought...thanks for the advice and interesting link
