I have been diagnosed with Type 2 now for about six months. last couple of months I have noticed that my toes get extremely cold at times. More so when I'm at work wearing steel toe cap boots and thick socks. I am also now experiencing this at home with my slippers on (sheepskin lined) and thin socks. Other days my toes are normal temperature. Is this something I should be concerned about, is there anything i can do?
When first diagnosed my toes were so painfull and the calf of my legs , as my sugars went down the pain became so much less , now I hardly notice any pain ....
My legs and feet do have a different type of muscle ache due to metformin and statins ....can be painful as well ...
Please take further medical advise , these are personal experiences ..best wishes Kat
