I have to have high fiber for diverticulosis low fat for gallbladder, and low carb for T2 diabetes.
Trying to work it out, high fiber seems to have a lot of carbs.
Advice anyone please.

just my opinion..

psyllium husks, oat bran for fibre

fat you can slowly increase

or take meds to allow carbs

Thanks Jack.
Trying to avoid more meds only on 1x500 Met a day.
Bloods 46 at last count in Oct.
Fibergell may be the answer.

Yes its me Jack.
Had a bit of discomfort today, down my left side,so I know what it is.

Try "Fybogel". It's Ispagula husk, nothing else.

My ground flaxseed meal has 4.75gm fibre/1gm fat/3.5gm protein/zero carbs per 10gm/1 tablespoon serve. I use it to make flax muffins & flax bread but you can also sprinkle it on yoghurt or stir it into soups and such. It will thicken things quite a bit & you need to make sure you have a good glass of water for each serve but it sure works.
