confused hypo awareness programme

Iv logged onto this site and tried to do the the hypo awareness programme but it wont let me log onto to do it iv tried to access it via diabetes.co.uk even though im logged on saying its wrong email address/password bizarre as im logged on disappointed as a nurse it would be beneficial
