This morning I tested my blood and it was 8.0. I forgot to inject insulin and have eaten a roll and a small chocolate biscuit. However when I checked my blood at lunchtime my levels had dropped to 6.4. Can anyone make sense of this?
No, but I will be very interested if somebody can. So far all I can come up with is a dodgy test strip.
It is anomalies like this that makes me think that glucose supplied by the liver is somehow treated differently which is quite a deep thought for someone drinking wine.
