When i speak to him he can't understand why i won't go and see him as i'm suffering with thrush (orally and other) and a whole list of other ailments due to the high sugars but i just don't trust or have any faith in him!!!!

I don't actually have the toast any more, i normally now have a couple of boiled eggs each morning which i eat in work and i have, with the help of this site, reduced my carbs all round in general. I went and did some exercise last Thursday because i was so cheesed off but it back fired on me. My BS at the start was 24.6 and by the time i'd finished it was "high" and remained so for several hours after.
I'm just at a complete loss as to what to do st present!!!!!!!
