There was a very recent thread that mentioned a certain brand of test strips that cost only £5-odd a drum. Can anyone point me to it?

Codefree test strips are £6.99 for a drum of 50 but if you buy in bulk using the discount codes the price comes down.

These are the discount codes if you buy in bulk also declare your diabetes to avoid paying VAT
5 packs 264086
10 packs 975833

Thanks. I have been on to Homehealth website. Cost of 1 drum is £6.99. Cost of ten drums is £69.90.
While this is a good discount to the name brands it does not look like a bulk discount. I assume that is ex-vat (i ticked the box).

I am interested for a couple of reasons. (1) I dont think NHS should have to pay more than neccessary (I use around 1 drum a week). Also there are many T2s who regularly buy their own to avoid an argument with the gp.

The discount does not show until you get to the checkout
