Covid-19 self-test kits; which ones are newest versions?

I have been self-testing for a week. Thankfully, all results thus far have been negative.
When I went to buy more self-test kits today, I was wondering why the kits for sale were still the same ones that I have had previously. The expirary dates on new packs is July 2026. These require samples from both nostrils.

There are newer test kits for sale in Germany and in Scandinavian countries (perhaps also in other EU countries) that test saliva. Does anyone know of these being made available in the UK?
