Covid Vaccine Eligibility

Although I don’t get the Covid vaccine (personal choice) I did ask about it at my GP, I only have diabetes and was told as per the new guidelines I am not eligible for it on the NHS
 
I’m really scared. In the first wave, Type 1s over 50 who didn’t have perfect control (= all of us) had a 25% chance of dying if we caught it. Mild for whom?

where abouts did you get that figure from? seems a little high. i had covid during lockdown and was pretty ill with it. temps both very high and very low no beds at hospital - got precibed antibiotics took several weeks to get better

Just the flu jab for me no eligibility this year for the covid jab but i refused it last year as the year previous it made me quite ill but that was the 2 together covid and flu
