I just now realize that when folded my toes from my left foot, it always trigger cramping. This is not happening with my right foot toes.

Is this something related to neuropathy? I just diagnosed diabetes with 7.1%.

Haven’t plan to visit physician.

Not necessarily diabetes as I've had this since I was a child whenever I got cold. My daughter was diagnosed with Raynaud's syndrome in her teens and I seem to have a mild case.
But if you get your blood sugar down and it stops then yes?
I hope you are considering low carb, or already doing it?

Hi TriciaWS, thank you for your reply. No, it’s happening either blood sugar down or high.

Yes already in low carb diet, but only for two weeks as I am newly diagnosed diabetes.
