36CP = 540g carbs (=1kg egg given that they tend to be 50%sugar)? You ate all of that in one go?

no 36CP is 36g of carbs surely?

apparently there are 25g of carbs according to myfitnesspal which isnt so bad

1 CP = 10g carbs.

Diabetes education assumes that the UK population is innumerate and would rather die in ignorance than learn primary school level arithmetic. :-(

Ah yes. Ive always worked in g which really screwed up everyone else on my DAFNE course.

being a diabetic and finding restrictions.to life style. people who do not understand the problems one has. not being able to afford to come back to uk for holidays as often, quite expensive. miss some foods that the French do not do. but can live with that French drivers. who love to tail gate. and they love to drive over the white line. in rural areas they are a pain. but get use to it. does put the wind up you. But driving in the UK found that drivers want to get as close as they can. and the traffic. it took me 25 minutes to get to friends house which was less then a mile away. due to traffic.

How I love those crème eggs. I sent for some. but have only had one. temptation is so great. I have given some away. so that I will not eat them.
I have put them away out of site and it does work. well did until I saw your message. but will resist.
keep positive. and think if you ate one ............... the after effects. so is it worth it. NO WAY Just remember. it will pass. your craving will subside. and then you will be grateful that you did not eat it. do as I did give them to friends.
