According to Mrs h-c we have enormous spiders the size of a dinner plate, lurking at hay-char Towers. However, they are possessed of extraordinary metabolic properties because when they are pointed out to me, they seem to have shrunk to the size of, erm, an ordinary spider.
Downright baffling, that's what it is
I thought it was us men that tnded to exaggerate the size of things? Most of us girlies exaggerate the size of most things, just saying.

I know I will never understand you ladies the goalposts move all of the time but its always fun attempting to win your favourAnd then no so secretly do the opposite. You're sort of part way there to fathoming a female out. But let it be known that when you think you have us sorted, we switch the posts so you have to start all over again. mwhahahaha
Are there any good pictures of Nessy in River Monsters? I will look up Greenland Sharks-I am not familiar with them. The Loch Ness monster (Nessy) is most likely a Greenland shark. They are large and elusive creatures and very little is known about them. Jeremy Wade from the show River Monsters did a whole episode on it once.
Although I do love the idea of a prehistoric lake monster.

I don't want to alarm you @ellagy, but be carefull. Should someone come in and help you with the wasps, if they don't die down as the temperature drops, they may stay all winter...They have a function too mist.... just not where I am sitting. Couple of weeks ago we had a couple of hornets around...beautiful animals they were.
My dad was 6ft 4 and terrified of spiders. Very funny watching him pretend to be brave, bless himAccording to Mrs h-c we have enormous spiders the size of a dinner plate, lurking at hay-char Towers. They scare me too. I'm fine with rats, snakes..etc..but spiders are a big no no
We have a big one, about the size of a football if not bigger, in our loft. We brought some foam wasp nest killer stuff but my husband got stung twice in the process of trying to squirt it so gave up. We've got someone from the council on coming Friday to get rid.We currently have a wasps nest in the eaves of our van! They are now coming down the chimney flu and INTO the van. Mr E has to regularly evict the little buzzers! There were 12 in here one morning!! We currently have five in here at the moment. Two Queens from the buzz amongst them. I worry about my little dogs.
