Why on earth would they keep a 'cure' secret only offering it in private hospitals when offering it to the wider diabetic community would make £squillions?

That was dad's mantra - it goes for scams in the post scams on the phone etc. I'm not commenting particularly in the thread here. I am glass half full rather than empty. I just hate the thought of desperate low people parting with hard earned cash in desperation.
