curry

have had a Chinese chicken curry and probably too large a portion as well and always seem to get my lowest after meal readings same with Indian curry

had a large Indian curry last night with a nan bread gave me a reading of 5.5

maybe I should only eat curry

Well if it has cinnamon or fenugreek ( aka methi) in it then provided there's no other **** in it its quite possible.
Its nice to see someone can have their cake and eat it.
Watch out for the MSG in some chinese though.
