i am 30 year old diabetic i used to get D L A until i was 18 then it stopped,i am going to apply again for DLA,will i qualify for D L A just because i am diabetic I am unemployed
 
I think will find that the answer is no unless you have complications serious enough to prevent you working. DLA is for people who have actual disabilities rather than a condition which may become disabling at some point in the future.
