It seems I can now eat quite a bit more carbs than most diabetics in here around 150-200 grams in a day and still have a blood glucose down in a non diabetic level , okay closer to the High fives than the low But still okay , and I am sure it is because I use my whole body and because my muscles are again healthy and bigger
