dancing and diabetes

I went to salsa lessons last night. After about 2hr of dancing I suddenly found that my concentration had gone and I could hardly remember any steps ( 2 left feet syndrom ).
Could this be due a hypo or something as not long before the instructor had complimented me on my dancing!
