The Hotel Chocolat 100% is my favourite chocolate doesn't put my levels up one bit. The last time I bought some the girl was also quite passionate about. Unfortunately I don't have a shop anywhere near me.Hotel Chocolat do completely sugar free chocolate; the chap in the shop explained it to me in some detail, but basically they separate the cocoa butter from the rest of the bean and then reconstitute it to form the chocolate bar. There's a range of them from different parts of the world, showcasing the various types of bean and their growing environment. The bars are a bit pricey but addictive - comparable to fine cigars and cognac.

Hi all, just thought I'd share as I was very excited when I unpacked my shopping today! I usually
go for Lindt 85% (prefer the large chunks to the G&B small ones) but I ordered sainsburys taste the difference 85% for a change as the carbs are even lower (16.8 per 100g) but it's not one big baryou get 5 bars which are only 4.2g each View attachment 5878
