Type 1 Dark Knuckles

Hiya,

Very random but I have just realised that my knuckles are a lot darker compared to my hands and skin. I’m quite pale so it’s easily noticeable and have read that it can be related to diabetes...
My control isn’t the best...
Has anyone experienced this before and if so how do I resolve the problem?
