Data Fabrication in RCT trials

I get a periodic ezine from a commercial outlet that makes interesting reading on a subject I discovered for myself. I wanted to post their prefacing text, that was well written and succinct, so I applied for copyright release from the writer. So far this has not been granted,

However I have managed to find the root study report that their article was describing, and it is in the public domain, so I feel it ok to give a link to that study without the commentary.
