Dawn Phenomenon-Seasonal?

Hi all,

I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced dawn phenomenon as almost a seasonal thing?

I don’t seem to get it that much during the summer, but now the sunrises are getting later it seems to be kicking back in.

Is this a thing?

Is it just me?
