I am absolutely livid!
I joined the Type 2 Testing Program in Feb 2014 I believe and have made all my payments to date.
However, I have not received all my strips and so had to purchase some on May 25th. They were delivered May 28th. My order number was SHOP-140525-80116-1187570-9722 and it was this that was delivered May 28th NOT the strips from the Type 2 Testing Program.
I have been corresponding with Charlotte Summers over this who agreed with me that I was not sent out the correct amount of strips.
However, after she spoke to Carly (Distribution) who told her my strips were in fact sent to me and delivered on May 28th she no longer replies to any of my messages.
I *bought* the strips that were delivered on May 28th as you can see from my order number so I am still short strips from the program.
All I am asking for is to receive what I am paying for and I haven't.
If I don't get a satisfactory answer from you in regards to this I will cancel my direct debit and report this to Consumer Rights. I know I'm supposed to subscribe for 1 year but why should I pay for something I am not receiving?
This needs to be sorted it has been going on for months and I am thoroughly fed up with the service I am receiving.
