I haven't been to the dentist for many years due to abject fear, but a broken tooth got me there yesterday and now I need some work done.
How is the stress likely to affect my glucose levels on the day?
I'm also worried if I can't eat for several hours and my levels drop.

Hi @Wendi22, I would suggest you contact your DSN for advice.
For me I usually find the stress of the visit and procedure keeps the levels up well enough!
Although I always carry Glucodin tablets with me, they can dissolve inside the mouth next to the cheek
opposite the 'work site' if need be !!

never mind the glucodin......I have 2 x valium before I go to the butchers....sorry....I meant dentist!!
