Depression/suicide

Here is a link about suicide. As a diabetic myself in quite depressed and have contemplated suicide. So when I saw this it made me think and I know depression is common with diabetes. So if any of you feel suicidal please just take 5 minutes to read this. And if you ever need someone to talk to I’m here to help. The link is below:

Just wanted to let you know that the link you've posted does not work. FB have taken down a lot of pages recently where there was a suspicion that they may be promoting self harm.
