evening everybody,
just had my first ever desmonds course, at the bow arrow riding centre,dartford, and it gave me a lot of information about type 2, the pro & cons of what you eat.
my thanks go to the two ladies who run the course "Pat & Daniella".
I could not have asked for two more informative people, who gave our group common sense advice, to enable me to move forward in the management of my condition.
