Dexcom G5 Bluetooth help

Hi all,

My OH is having trouble with her dexcom G5. The transmitter has been in and working for a week but her iphone has died due to battery problems. When trying to use the official dexcom app on another iphone 5C she has the following message is displayed in steup 'can't pair it with your phone as it's already paired with another device'.

Does anybody know a way round this? Quite urgent as she does not have a G5 receiver and no longer has a G4.

Problem solved. Called Dexcom USA and they had to 'release' the old information. Seems to have worked. Can't fault the customer service for Dexcom. Hopefully they'll make the UK one 24hr one day.
