Dexcom not contactable!

Hi I use dexcom G5 here in U.K. Tried to contact dexcom sales in U.K. Several times on Friday it just rung and rung before going to message. Tried both numbers I have again today and it's coming up number not recognised, is anyone having similar problems or know what's going on? Thanks
 
Hi @jocat44 I had an issue on Friday - I called at 3.30pm when they were supposed to shut at four, so I left a message. This morning someone called me back. I suspect they are suffering high call volumes as a result of their recent emails about ordering over Christmas, so I'd suggest that you leave a message.
 
Hi tim2000s I've just received a call from them presuming from message I left on Friday thanks for your reply. Got worried when all numbers not recognised!
