Dexcom ONE+

Tell me about it, I looked into swapping from Libre as I self fund and their subscription scheme makes it less expensive, but the Android supported phones are very limited.

If you click on the link it has G7 an G6 compatible phones. I presume the One+ is the same as the G7. The G7 and G6 supports

I have a One+ which connects to my iPhone running the Dexcom One+ app.

Maybe Xdrip will work? It's a third party app but works 100% for me with the Dexcom G6. I'm using an ageing Xiaomi Android.

I have been using Dexcom One+ for several months and I am disappointed with the reliability of the product. Recently I have had a high number of "Brief Sensor Issues", over 12 in one 24 hour period. Prior to that I suffered 6 defective sensors in a row which would suggest a major quality control issue in production although Dexcom made no comment at all when I raised this issue with them. They all failed to link to either their own reader or my iPhone App. To be quite fair they did replace 4 of them; I assumed the first two were my error in applying them but clearly this was not so. Despite returning the faulty units there was no feedback to me concerning the reason for the fault. On reporting this to my pharmacy I was informed that many others had also suffered similar issues.
I am, therefore, considering returning to the original Libre system although their customer service left rather a lot to be desired.
Is this a general problem with other users on the Forum or have I been especially selected!

Ten years of wearing sensors here (Libre since the first version, Dexcom in rotation) and knocked-off sensors were my biggest source of waste until I started overpatching every single one. Any of the stretchy patches sold on Amazon as Libre or Dexcom patches will do the job, they are mostly the same kinesiology tape material with a hole for the sensor, and the generic ones work as well as the branded ones. The cheaper route is a roll of kinesiology tape and scissors, which is what I do these days. Also worth asking Dexcom support before buying anything, in many regions they send overpatches for free if you ask. Two small things that help as much as the tape: apply it to clean dry skin and give the adhesive a day before swimming, and placement matters, slightly toward the back of the arm catches on door frames a lot less than the outer edge.

I always use an over patch. Never had a sensor come off since.

I’ve tried various patches from conventional shop bought plasters and most seem to come off. My latest is a packet of Elastoplast Flexible XL fabric plasters 5x7.2cm which adequately cover the sensor. Unusually, these are all the same size in the packet but I have had difficulty in finding this particular packet in shops. These so far seem to do the job. I’ve looked at various Amazon products but they seem very expensive.
