Diabetes 2 & Benefit

Hello I am new to this forum. I have a benefit enquiry. I already get low rate DLA for rhemotoid arthiritis and have since been diagnosed with diabetes 2 of which i take oral medication metaformin 2000mg per day,

I want to know if i should inform DLA of my new condition or not.

I have high mobility and middle care.
They say to inform them of any change, whether it affects the claim or not.
