Diabetes App

Maybe a daft question, but I'm not very technically minded, so here goes.

I've just got a Nokia 620 phone but it is operated from Windows 8 and as I understand it I can't download the diabetes app as it's android (???????) Any idea how I can download it to my phone. Answers in single syllables please :lol:
 
Windows is an operating system. Android is an operating system. Apps have to written to run on one or the other. If you are lucky then the author has written one version for each of these operating systems. If you are unlucky you can only use the app on the operating system it was written for.
