Well done Stefano.
If only that was enough for everyone.
However without low carb eating my hba1c would be much much higher and I'd be on nearly double the insulin units for my severe IR.
The 800cals diet is too sugary a diet for me on top of sugar coated other conditions meds. Now I allow root veg so if I want to fill up awaiting a full by-pass the hunger isn't as torturous.
Only very low carb benefits me on insulin therapy for type2 diabetes. In fact my IR is so severe it is only visible improved by
very low carb eating but this severe diet causes me to suffer with increased heartbeat, even on betablockers.
I manage this to try and get the best out of a none high carb diet to manage my disease until a full by-pass operation can help with the disabilitating and distracting hunger.
I'm delighted when many benefit fully from low carb eating, no matter how much an improvement it makes to their diabetes.
