Diabetes Nurse Qualification

Can anybody tell me the difference between these:

RGN CHD Dip Diabetes Dip

and

RGN Diabetes Dip

We have one of each at our surgery and I MUCH prefer the one with less initials!

RGN = registered general nurse
CHD dip= diploma in Coronary heart disease care

Thanks Phoenix, I knew what the RGN was but I thought the CHD was something to do with the Diabetes diploma.
