Doctors/Nurses who have little or no knowledge of Diabetes and the serious problems this creates for Travel Insurance etc
(After numerous visits to GP's) Am I now considered not Diabetic and what are Travel insurance Co's views and charges in this situ please?

I've never had a problem with travel insurance. I take annual cover. When I first took out a policy the premium was loaded but the last renewal it wasn't.

How is your diabetes resolved? Is it resolved in the words of your doctor, or in remission, or reversed, or well controlled? Diabetes resolved is when you were diagnosed following a period on certain medications such as steroids that caused your glucose levels to rise, and are no longer on these drugs, so blood glucose levels have returned to normal, or when you were misdiagnosed due to a lab error or similar. In other words, you were never truly diabetic in the first place.
