My son is 12 years old .he got diabetes 5 months ago.since then he tooks insulin before every meal and he also gets night doses.What confuses me is that his THS value(from the Thyroid) are always high.Is there a connection ?can thyroid cause diabetes or is it vice versa.Idon;t have experience with this .the doctor here in macedonia doesn't give me a correct answe.please help me to understand this.Ihave read articles that say there is a connection between these two
