Diabetes UK course

Attended a Diabetes UK awareness course today. Usual nonsense about the balanced diet and stuffing yourself with carbs, of course; but some useful information and met and chatting to lots of people about their experiences. Very useful in that respect. One trying LCHF soI didn't feel on my own.

No. It was actually quite beneficial because of the other patients I met and learned from.
