diabetes?

Hi

I am just not long in from hospital have had stomach pains which they think is something to do with stomach acid, anyway i had to get blood sugar tested while there and it was 9.9. Is this really high? I have to go for a glucose intolerance test next week so i am now kind of worrying. I am not now or ever have been overweight, there is no diabetes in my family history that i know of and other than being thirsty alot and peeing more (which i have put down to being pregnant) i dont have any symptoms. I ate toast and baked beans before i went could this be what caused high reading?

Thanks, yeah hopefully get tested on Tuesday anyway, just worrying but will find out then either way!! Xx
