Hi there
I am newly registered. I hope anyone can help me. I am a South African citizen. I struggled with cold feet and getting hot and cold about every day especially during winter. Is there anything I can do about it. I believe it must have something to do with blood circulation although my doctor said it is OK

Diabetic Neuropathy (nerve damage) can lead to temperature changes in hands and feet, also a underactive thyroid can present similar symptoms, it's really difficult to say what the cause is and I would ask for further tests if it is causing you concern.
