Diabetic Hamper advice

Nip into ALDI. They are selling posh jars of unusual mushrooms in brine, pickled eggs (actually yummy. No, really) garlic in brine and a huge variety of cured meats at a third of the price found in the likes of Tescos. Of course there is a large variety of olives and their excellent mozarella is only 44p a packet and lots of other nice cheeses. They also have some lovely looking jars of pate with no sugar added. Add to that some nuts and bob's your fathers brother.

I love LIDL and ALDI. Unlike the food produced for the british palate, foods that would ordinarily have sugar added for our taste, have none.
Oooh, the Bratwurst, less than 1g carb per big sausage and they taste wonderful.
