Diabetic in Spain

I am a type one diabetic (40 years). I am now in Spain and they use a different system. There is no option to change it on my ACCU CHECK AVIVA EXPERT. Can I buy a monitor that measures in mg/dL? I am finding tests, converting and logging all so time consuming. Has anyone got an easy option? Cheers!

Can you buy a replacement meter in Spain - that will give you the correct units . Or ask Accu Check nicely and they should hopefully give you a replacement?

Are you in Spain permanently? If so it's just easier to convert your mind to the local units.
