Anyone else suffering from nerve problems? What tips can you give me? How long does it take to heal? I have been suffering for 5mths now but been worse over time get restless legs with it if I over do exercising and work long hours my legs just go to sleep on me ever experienced this? Have been signed off work 4wks and may need to be extended if still struggling. Anyone would like to share their experiences and how long it's taken please. Angela T xxx

Thank you. Angela T

Whilst there is a commonly held belief that neuropathy is not reversible, tight control of blood glucose levels and use of certain supplements does seem to allow nerve regrowth, but this is very slow. Richard Bernstein has achieved this and I believe a number of people on the forum have as well. Tagging @Tim55.

Hi Angela

I agree with Tim2000s - you may be able to reverse neuropathy by tight control of BS sugars, never exceeding 7.8, and using several supplements.

Rather than go into the details here could I suggest you read through these threads?

And particularly this one

Hope this helps, happy to try to answer any specific questions you might have

Cheers
