Hi all. Have been trying to post for a long time. Hope it works this time. Had my first review today. In may my hb1ac was 58. In September I went on an expert course and it was 42. Today was 43. A bit disappointed. All other tests were fine although cholesterol levels had gone up to 5.9.
 
from my experience 43 is still amazing. mine are between 46-53. to me it sounds like you are doing really well.
 
You're down at low pre-diabetic levels - so no need at all to be disappointed!

I now range between 43 and 40 and am happy that I can maintain these figures. Sometimes things like illness or stress can get in the way so I just accept that some things are beyond my control and that levels may fluctuate up and down a bit.

Agree @Robbity levels can fluctuate so if they do its justbabout getting them back down, currently i am on that path
 
Yes not so disappointed today as sorted it my mind. I want to get down below 40 eventually. I get a high reading in the morning but rest of day is around 5.9 or 6.8 so these are not too bad. Thanks for your replies.
