The white stuff on the penis is probably something called Smegma.................. https://www.earlydoc.com/en/diseases/smegma. along with that sometimes comes split skin on the foreskin and a tightening of the foreskin..........Yeah? I know, I had the same. Mine I'm glad to say has all cleared up now since being diagnosed diabetic. i have a feeling that there is something in the medication I was prescribed or more possible the diet I am now on. It could have been the excess sugars trying to escape. Try cutting out all carby food such as potatoes, pasta, rice, and bread. Clean the penis everyday with unscented soap and dry thoroughly. Go and see your GP also because it may not be the above.
