So just did my first post food 2 hour test. It was 5.9 which is good right? I had homemade muesli (oats, but of all bran, seeds and nuts) with skimmed milk and a coffee.
that sounds very good, Deb. I would suggest you try the same meal a few times and then check if the results after a couple of hours are similar. If they are always good, then it will be safe to eat these foods.
It is a bit of trial and error, really. 5.9 is a great result.
Do post every meal, if you like. It is interesting for us all to see what you eat and what responses you get. Who knows... me may learn something from you as well
