Diasend and libre download issue

Hello

I'm new to the libre and am having difficulty downloading any reports. I have the software for the libre on my computer and it recognises when it is connected but the option to view reports isn't highlighted? Has anyone else had this problem?

My DSN said to try diasend. Downloaded that software also and it doesn't even recognise the libre when it's connected.

I have windows 10.

Can anyone help?
