Hi everyone,

I have been on the Animas Vibe pump for about a month and about two weeks go I uploaded all my data from the Diasend website successfully. For the last two days I have been trying to upload my latest data but with no success, the data seems to upload fully and gets to about 75% on the status bar and at the point when it then sends the data to Diasend a message come back saying, 'Cannot connect to Diasend, try again'. Has anybody been able to get a data uploaded from Diasend within the last two days. I wonder if their website is down.

Thanks

Annie

I had that problem over a weekend once on a Sunday night. I had a DSN appointment first thing Monday. The site was back up early Monday morning - the Swedes are an hour ahead of us.

Hi Spiker,
That was exactly the same thing that happened to me, I had a DSN appointment at 9.30am Monday and thankfully the Diasend website came to life again at 8am on Monday morning so I was able to upload my data.
Thanks for replying.

I rarely upload(slap wrist) as I need to pinch 1 of 3 computers and they all want theirs . And dia send won't upload via Ipad .

Hi I managed to upload Monday morning if this info is any use

Thanks for your replies, just like Spiker I was trying to upload at the weekend but only managed to get through early Monday. I have only uploaded twice but I must say I dont know why infrared is used instead of bluetooth, it takes about five or six minutes to upload which seems a long time when trying to keep the pump and infrared steady and together. Only a minor moan because it saves a lot of time at my DSN appointment when I get there she has already looked at all my data

Know what you mean I am communicating via email with my dsn saves appt journey and time agree what would it take to add blue tooth to it not a lot I would suspect

As the Vibe already includes a bluetooth-band transceiver to talk to the Dexcom G4 CGM sensors, it's not much short of outrageous. :-(

It's actually impossible to find a smart phone with an infrared port nowadays. :-(
