Hello, can anyone suggest a diet for me. I am a type 2 diabetic, not on insulin, just tablets, but I have a colostomy and find diets very difficult.

Hi my grandad was a type 2 insulin dependent with a colostomy. As far as I am aware he ate a normal diet, nothing he had to stop in particular due to his bag. Back then I didn't know about low carbs for diabetics, which helps wonders. I think what I'm trying to say is eat normally as you would, just low carb if you can. Just to be clear, I'm no expert, it's just my experience.
